Brief
This was a five-month assignment working with a change lead and project manager to deliver internal comms around a refresh of the company-wide IT control framework – a vital strand of Shell’s IRM work to protect company data. Deliverables included comms strategy and engagement plans, a new intranet site and promotional materials.
