Commission for New Towns – a public body responsible for the development corporations established by the New Towns Act 1959.
Brief
Queen Elizabeth II and Prince Phillip were visiting the town of Basildon in Essex, UK, for its 50th anniversary and the dedication of a new glass church bell tower. I was asked to write the content for a commemorative Order of Service for the church service.
